Religion:
Vietnam has six religions: Buddhism, Catholicism, Protestantism, Islam, Cao Dai and Hoa Hao. Buddhism is the most popular( about 85%). Roman Catholicism first entered in 16th century and strengthened its influence when Vietnam was a French colony. Cao Dai, Hoa Hao and Islam are minority religions in Vietnam. The number of Protestantism range 1 million. In Vietnam, you can see churches, temples, mosques. Vietnamese depend on their religion celebrate many festivals: Chinese New Year, Christmas, Ramadhan.
Stable Food Supply:
Vietnam has a stable food supply. Vietnam ranks a second position as a rice exporter all of the world. Vietnamese invented two necessary things for a stable food supply : irrigation system and plow. Nowadays, the farmers not only use the buffalos for plow but also machine.
